FATAL ACCIDENT TO A BOY.

AUCKLAND, April 2.

An accident which terminated fatally occurred at Ponsonby, yesterday afternoonn, to Albert Stanley Beaoham, aged 11 years, iicacham, accompanied by a companion, caught a horse in a paddock and tied a rope round the animal's neck. He fastened the other end of the rope round his body. The horse, becoming frightened, galloped round the enclosure several times, dragging the lad with it. On the animal being brought to a standstill Beacham wasjfound to be dead.
