VOTERS ORDERED TO ELECT REACTIONARIES. Reoeived April 2, 9.39 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, ADril 2. All the workmen's candidates at the preliminary Duma elections in Odessa have been arrested for dis playing Liberal tendencies. The authorities direoted the voters to elect reaotiouaries.

Reoeived April 2, 10.46 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, April 2. The Chief of Police at Warsaw, and ten deteotives, are undergoing trial for mercilessly torturing political war offenders.
THE KRONSTADT MUTINEERS,
Rticeived April 2, 9.31 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, April 2. The Naval Court acquitted eightyfour out of two hundred and sevea sailors who were concerned in the Kronstadt mutiny in November. A few reoeived drastic sentences, but the remainder moderate terms of imprisonment.
