"TRANSORANGE." THE DUTCH MOVEMENT. Received Maroh 29, 8.42 a.m. CAPETOWN, Maroh 28. The Orangia Association, Het Volk, and Cape Bond have affiliated. The new association has substituted the .name of "Transorange" for the Orange River Colony ia its official documents, and decided tj only corresDond with the Government in the Dutch language. Brauohes of the association are to be established everywhere. The African Women's Association is acting in conjunction with the Cape Bond in encouraging a study of the Dutch and making Dutch literature more cheaply accessible. THE CONSTITUTION Of THE TRANSVAAL AND ORANGIA. Reoeived March 30, 12.45 a.m. LONDON, March 29. In the House of Commons, Sir Henry Camptell-Bannerman stated that the Government would decide on the Constitution for the Trans • vaal and Orangia, and Parliament; would have arnplb opportunity of expressing an opinion thereon at the proper time.
