In oonr.eotion with the distressed Malays who were assisted by a steamer off Cape Weera, it has now transpired that they were the remnants of the crew on a pearling vessel, who murdered two others. One was killed aboard the vessel and thrown overboard, and the other was diving at the time, and was left to bis fate. The three men actually engaged in the crime went ashore, leaving the .*o aboard to drift about.
