NAPIER SUPREME COURT.
CHARGES OF PERJURY.
NAPIER, Maroh 22. In the Supreme Court, to-day, Frank Dickenson, oharged with perjury, was found guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy, on account of his youth. He was admitted to probation for 12 months. George Walter Dickenson was, also, separately oharged with perjury, but the jury failed to agree and a new trial was ordered.
