HOW CHINESE ARE EVADING IT. Reoeived Maroh 21, 10.45 p.m. SYDNEY, Maroh 21. The Government commercial agent in the East has informed the Premier of New South Wales that the Chinese merchants ac Hongkong were evading the Chinese boycott of American flour by re-bagging and labelling Australian flour as flour of an inferior quality. The agent reported that this was injuring the Australian artiole. Mr Deakin (Federal Prime Minister) stated that after seeing the reportsj be communicated with the Home Government, ana, also, direct with the East to have the matter stopped.
