The late Mr George Laneell-, the Bendigo Quartz King, has bequeathed £2,000 to ohurohes and hospitals, £SO to eaoh manager, and £5 to eaoh miner in his private names, and £lO worth of mining snares to a number of old residents of Bendigo who arrived prior to 1857.
