SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER. NAPIER, March 19. At the Supreme Court, to-day, Frederick Sylvester Follas pleaded guilty to larceny at Gisborne; a Maori youth, Raukawa Heira, pleaded guilty of stealing at Wairoa; and a Maori youth,, George Kemp, pleaded guilt 7 to forging and dealing with a obeque. William George Phillips was found guilty of obtaining money, and a photograph under false pretences. Sentence in each case was deferred. NEW PLYMOUTH. NEW PLYMOUTH, March 19. At the .Supreme fcCourt. before Justice Edwards, Emma Urry, an elderly married woman, was charged with setting fire to an unoccupied house at Eltham, and waa found not guilty. The case against Daniel McL, Dowie of incendiarism at Matapu is proceeding. It is likely to occupy the greater part of tomorrow
