THE ANTI-POLL TAX MOVEMENT. Reoeived March 16, 11.23 p.m. CAPETOWN, March 16. The Chief, Messina Swaymana, haa brought to Colonel Leuchar's camp, one hundred aud twenty natives, fifty of whom were present at the Richmond affray. The alarm in the Usinga distriot (Natal) was given by a native, who after warning a clergyman of the impending danger fled, fearing arrest. With armed followers he is now hiding in inaccessible kloofs on the Buffalo River. The Chief, Umbubula, of Rorke's Drift, has assembled his followers in the vicinity of Rorke's Drift, after arming the majorty aud col leotiug the women, children and stock. The Daily New remarks that tlie significance of the extension of the disturbance is that it brings the movemeut almost within the sphere of the Zulus.
