At Eketahuna, on Friday next, Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., will submit, at auction, on account of Mr John Harding,the lease for nine years of his farm of 740 acres, situated at the junction of the Eketahuna, Rongomai and AlfredtonEoada. The property is highly improved, well fenced, well watered, and is subdivided into convenient sized paddocks. There is a good dwelling house and all necessary outbuildings and appointments. Possession will be given on April Ist or May Ist, as may be arrauged. At the conclusion of their stock sale, on the same day, the Arm will sell, on account of Mr (J. Christensen, a quantity of furniture and household effects.
