BIRTHDAY AND WEDDING GIFTS.
Mr A. Henderson, Queen Street, has just received direct from Home, a decidedly fine selection of solid silver and silver-plated goods, which are now on view at his shop. The articles, which are exactly suitable for either birthday or wedding gifts, include a line of ladies' sterling silver toilet sets in cases. The largest set contains twenty pieces, all of which are beautifully finished, while other sets, which are worked out in the "cherub" pattern are worthy of mention. Tea, coffee and aiternoon tea sets all iu cases with trays to match make up a comprehensive display in, the sterling silver goods. Mr Henderson has also a varied stock of silver-plated goods, comprising cream and sugar jugs, fruit dishes, spirit kettles, and a large assortment of celluloid serviette rings with silver initials. A line of silver rose bowls mounted on black ebony plinths and a number of solid silver sporting cups are well worth inspection.
