WAIKOUAITI. By Telegraph—Press Association.! DUNEDIN, March 13. The Licensing Committee election for Waikouati excited a good deal of interest locally, as reduction had been carried at the local option poll. The returning officer did not put the looal bodies to the expense of opening the country telegraph offices and the result is that only a few returns are to hand, but as these include the largest centres it is evident that the No license Party's committee will be elected, bo they have a load of about 100 over the others.
