' The Temperance Reform Council declined the request of the Licensed Victuallers Association to nominate two candidates representing the Moderate oarty along with three from the No-lioense tarty for the City Licensing Committee. DUNEDIN CITY TRAMWAYS. The Duhedin City Council, in committee, to-nignt. decided ,to advertise for an eleotrioal engineer for the city tramways at a salary of £7OO, and, also, for a traffic manager at £3OO per annum.
