Received February 27, 9.12 a.m. BRUSSELS, February 26. The youth Waddington, who murdered hiß sister's fiancee, a nephew of the late President of Chili, took refuge in the Chilian Legation, which is surrounded by the police. The citizens are incensed and demand the surrender; of Waddington.
