PROTESTANT FEDERATION PETITION. Received February 18, 3.0 p.m. LONDON; February 17. The Imperial Protestant .Federation has petitioned the King againsl permitting the marriage of the Princess Ena of Battenburg with King Alfonso of Spain, because the Princess'conversion to the Church of Rome is required.
