NEW ZEALAND GIANT CHILDREN.

On the Masterton Showground, during the Show days, there will be an exhibition, in a marquee, of what are known as the two biggest children in the world, born atPoxton, in the Manawata. The children were exhibited here five years ago, and have since grown to enormous proportions. Wilfrid is now eight years of age and turns the scale at over 17 stone weieht. Ruby, his sister, is 12 years of age and weighs 16 stone. The children of the family number aeven, but all the test are quite of ordinary size. Wilfrid has three brothers, all older than himself, and he weighs as heavy as them all put together, and is.as tall as the average lad of 15 years. Since the children were here five years ago, the father has oooupied the position of Mayor of Foxton, and the exhibits >, the proceeds of which are for the children's benefit, is run by.the parents only and no one need have any diffidence in visiting the marquee. The children are both educated, and though they do not profess to give any entertainment, they c.-.n sing and converse with visitors, and they, also, ride in the teat an especially constructed bicycle, and their riding is said to be a marvel
