LAND VALUATIONS AT KIWITEA.
A UNITED PROTEST. FEILDING, February.36. At an enthusiastic meeting, of the Earmers' Union delegates, to-day, strong objections were made to the increased valuation of the Kiwitea County. Resolutions were passed objeoting particularly to the unimproved value and the matter will be represented to the Valuer-General. Concerted action is be taken by the ratepayers and counsel is to be employed at the Assessment Court.
