THE ALGECIRAS CONFERENCE. Received February 16, 9 a.m. LONDON, February 15. , The Daily Mail's Berlin correspondent says that Germany's representatives at the Algeoiras Conference demaud the police supervision of tbe country near Oeuta, in order to neutralise Gibraltar. (Ceuta is the chief town of toe thirty square miles owned by Spain, on the northern coaat of Morocco. It is nearly opDosite Gibraltar, and the population is about il,000). A FRENCH SYDNICATE'S OFFER. Received. February 16, 9.7 a.m. MOROCCO, February 15. A French syndicate has offered BaMahara, thePetender of Morocco, forty thousand pounds, seventy thousand rifles, and ammunition, in exchange for concessions between Nulella, and the Algerian frontier, including the hinterland. The syndicate urgea the Pretender, on reoeipt of the money and arms to march on Fez. The syndicate is trying to raise the money in Paris.
