' FOUR PROFESSORS SHOT. Receiver] February 16, 9.7 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 15. Four University professors have been shot in Warsaw Cathedral. Iho journal Solvo states that the Russian Government has been informed that China is meditating the conquest of the Ois Amur region. The St. Petersburg correspondent of The Times says it would require four hundred million acres to modestly endow the thirty-seven •Billion landless peasants, absorbing all the land owned by the State, monasteries, and landlords in European Russia, even if the State possessed the two thousnnd million pounds necessary to, complete the operation.
