DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS. WELLINGTON, February 12. At the Supreme Court, to-day,, before the Chief Justice, Annie Jane Olsen petitioned for dissolution of her marriage with Hans Job Olsen t on the ground that he. had misconducted himself'witbWilhelmina Munroe Archer, a married woman, living apart from her husband, Benjamin Archer. In a second suit the last named person sought a divorce from Wilhelmina Munroe Archer, on the ground of her miscondact with Hans Jacob Olseu. Mrs Archer resisted this application on the ground tnafc her husband had committed adultery with a married woman named Smiib. His Honour reserved judgment.
