The Military Court of Honour, with tbo Kaiser's approval, recently deprived Colonel Kalake of his title and uniform for writing au article on the Servian regicides, in which he justified the military under certain circumstances considering that the country's interests should be placed before the Sovereign's. The matter was brought before the Civil Court, which quashed the decision.
