SHEEP AND DAIRY FARMS.
The satisfactory price for our staple exports, wool, meat and butter, continues to create an increasing demand for good well-improved farm properties, and these, when situated within e«sy distance of factories or other desirable facilities, invariably command good prices and find ready sale. Mr F. Murray, land agent, Woodville, has on bis books a number of very suitable farms, varying in area from the small dairy farm, within the means of those with small capital, to large and profitable sheep runs, and in every case he i» in a position to offer easy terms to buyers. In another column Mr Murray inserts particulars of three properties, which are well improved, and which are calculated to give a good return for the money invested. Mr Murray has an intimate knowledge of the capability of the land around Wcodville and district, and will be pleased to give every information to those in search of good land.
