FEILDING SHOW.
FEILDiNG, February 7. The second annual Show, held today, was a great success. The attendance was six thousand. The weather was flue. The eutries io all classes showed an increase of 217, horses and sheep being the strongest feature. E. Short, of Waituna, secured the gold medai for the champion Romney ram and the silver medal for the champion Romney ewe. Hon. J. Brice secured the points prize for fat sheep. The entry of catte was small, and there was no entry in pedigree oattle. J. Standen, of Aurangi, was the chief prize winner in pigs. Bacon pigs and porkers were exceptionally good. The competition way keen in draughts, and weight oarrying hacks and harness horses were an exceptionally fine class D. Bennett's Merrie Girl p?ou the Hunter's Competition. The Governor opened the Show.
