ORLOFF'3 REPRESSIVE MEASURES.
Received Fobruury G, 9.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 5. General Orlofr has threatened to shoot one hy every five inhabitants of any village found in a disturbed condition. Fifty-three revolutionaries have been shot at Fellin, in the Government of Livonia. The Finns fear a Russian wave of reaction. Emissaries have been sent to Finland to try and provoke disorders, thus enabling Cossacks along the border to interfere.
