The delegates at the International Conference regarding affairs in Morocco, which is meeting at Algeciras, complain that although France has defined her wishes with perfect clearness Germany remains wrapped in an impenetrable fog. THE MOORISH PRETENDER. Received February 1, 12.30 a.m. LONDON, January 31. A Belgian firm has delivered to the Moorish Pretender two quickfiring guns, and a thousand Mausers, with ammunition.
