The error wou!3 shortly be rectified by the assassination of General Prosorouski. (General Lizvosky was assassinated on January 16th by tho revolutionaries at Penaz, in Central Russia.) MUTINY AT VLADIVOSTOCK. SAILORS AND SOLDIERS ATTACK THE COMMANDER. " Received January 27, 4.19 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, January 27. The sailors and some of the artillerymen at Vladivostock mutinied and began to use quick-firing guns and rifles. They wounded General Solivanoff, Commander of the Portress, in the neck and chest as he finished parleying with them. There were considerable disturbances and fighting in connection with the release of two prisoners. Ten.of the mutineers were killed audi fortytwo were wounded.
