SOME INTERESTING JMGURES. AUCKLAND, January 9. The bankruptcies in Auckland district during 1905 numbered 47, an increase of six over 1904. The 'J.he liabilities in 1904 were £45,908; jn 1905, £3l 278. The assets, as per statements filed, totalled £lß,lOl for 1905, while the assets realised totalled £11,570, a decrease as compared with 1904 of £7243. The amount of debt proved for last year was £33,848, which is £19,312 less than the debts proved in 1904. Dividends paid in 1905 show a decrease as compared with the previous corresponding period of £Bl7, the figures for laat year being £B3BB, and for 1904 £9206.
