ATTEMPTED MURDER AND MUTINY. Received January 2, 8.30 a. m. PARIS, January 1. Herve, a notorious anti-militarist, has been sentenced to four years' imprisonment una charge of provoking to murder and mutiny. Twentyflve others have been sentenced to minor terms of imprisonment.
