The Editor, Sir—l wish, through the medium of your paper, to congratulate the Upper Hutt on the splendid manner in which Maidstone Park is managed. I was present at a Picnic held there recently and was much impressed by the surroundings, beautiful grounds, trees and shrubs, so well cared for, and the general cleanliness of the buildings.
