A very pleasant" evening was spent oil Monday evening- in the R.S.A. Rooms by friends of Miss Joyce Cooley, daughter of Mr. and the late Mrs. W. Cooley, on the occasion of her approaching marriage to Mr. Maurice Sanders of Island Bay. Several well-known local entertainers assisted, and at the conclusion three cheers were given for the bride-to-be.
