Mr. Bright, in the course of a speech to his constituents at Manchester, spoke strongly in favor of the dis-establishment of the Church of England. The Emperor of China died on January 13th/ The rate of discount is 3 per cent. There has been a lock-out of 120,000 men at South Wales.
