(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., Warden.) Monday, 11th Januaby. The application of Edward Malone for an agricultural lease of section 34, block X., Tuapeka East, was granted. Ah Chum and others applied for a diversion of the Tuapeka river. Mr. M'Coy for applicants. Granted — the grantees to take the risk of tailings coming down. Henry Honeychurch's application for a head water race wa* struck out, not being pressed.
