The application of Joseph Higgins for an agricultural lease of section 28, block HI., Table Hill was withdrawn. The. application of Abraham and Isaac Long for a tail race at Wetherstonea was granted. The application of Ah Kum and Ah Lung f orprotection for 90 days was granted. Holmes v. the Beaumont and \Tuapcka Water Race. Company (Registered). — This was a complaint of breach of i G-oldfields in omitting to renew water license, and was of a friendly character. Mr. Sing, the manager, represented the Company. Fined 6s in lieu of forfeiture, and costs of Court 6s.
