ADJOURNED LICENSING COURT.
December 4th, 1874. (Before E. H. Carew, Esq.; R.M., Dr. Stewart, J.P. and W. Jamison, Esq.) 'J, G. Gardner to William Kavanagh. — The transfer of a publican's license for the Manuka Flat Hotel between these parties was granted. For the night license a fresh application would have to be made. Mr. M'Coy appeared for the parties. .-WaJßon to Tanton. — A transfer between these parties of the license of the Golden Age Hotel, Waitahuna, was granted. Rae J to Craig. — A transfer between these parties of the license for the Junction Hotel was granted. Mr. M'Coy for the parties. Thomas Reynolds to Sing Lee. — An application to transfer the publican's license for the Commercial Hotel, Waipori, between these parties wajß granted. A further application for the night license was required. Mr. M'Coy for the parties. John Johnson's application for a night license for the Bridge Hotel, Waipori, was granted. Air. Copland for the applicant. • J. S. Vial's application for a night license for the Provincial Hotel, Waipori, was granted. Mr. Copland for the applicant. The application of Ellen Humphrey for a night license for the Prince of Wales Hotel, Waipori, was granted. Mr. M'Coy for the applicant.^ Ferguson, Hayes, and Clark, to Bell. — An application for the transfer of the late Mrs. Clark's license for the Masonic Hotel was granted, the applicants being theexecutors under the will. Mr. M'Coy for the applicants. •R. Coghill applied for p a temporary license for the races at Havelock, this was Held over until he procured an authority to erect a booth.
