CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of £10 soys. For all beaten horses. Distance, onemile ; entrance, 10s. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. The Dumtan Jockey Club Ruleß and Regulations, weight for age, &c, to be strictly adhered to. 2. Entries and acceptances to be sent to the Secretary on Monday, 28th December, at seven o'clock p.m. (the night of general entry), at Nicholson's Hotel, Moa Flat. 3. No person allowed to enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of one guinea to the race fund. 4. It must be distinctly understood that all disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority of them ; and their decision in connection with the carrying _out of- the above programme shall be fir:al. 5. District horses shall mean horsey the bona fide property of settlers within a radius of twenty miles of Roxburgh. 6. Three horses to start, or no race. 7.
