Several of the animals bought at the sale Lave since chaugad lianda at a considerable • advance. Auckland, October 23, An animated discussion took place in the Episcopal Diocesan Synod yesterday, on High Church innovations in the service, several clergymen and layman speaking strongly against the objectionable practices. Tho debate was adjourned till to-night.
