{Before E. H. Carew, Esq., Warden.) Monday, sth Octobee. The following applications for an agricultural leases were granted : — Adam Stevenson, 30, block 1., Crookston ; W. D. Morrison, section 38, block 1., Crookston % F. Nicoll, section 37, block L, Crookston; John Corinack, section 39, block 1., Crookston ; James T. Turner, section 5, block VI. Tuapeka East ; W. J. Dyer, section 2of 26, block 11., - Table Hill j James Johnston, section 13, block TIL, Table Hill ; James Clelland, section 27, block 11., Table Hill : W. Glaringbold, section 16, block VI., Tuapeka West ; John H. Pressly, sections 85, 86, and 87, block V., Tuapeka East. The application of Daniel Howard for section 74, block IV- Tuapena East, was refused, ho not having complied with tha Regulations • that of Dennis Roughan was refused, being unimproved and on the mining reserve. The applications of John Fitzgerald, John Drysdale, James Keppell, and Cornelius O'trorman for leases in biook VL, Tuapeka West were adjourned for survey. William Johnston's application for a residence area of oi^o aure in Gabriels Gully was adjourned to view the land. Mr. M'Coy appeared for the applicant.
