The application of Richanl Lancaster for a slaughtering license at the Beaumont was granted ; also, that of Chu Quiforthe Chinese Camp was granted. Mr. M'Coy appeared^or the latter applicant- * - Archibald M'DouaM. applied for a 'temporary license for a booth at the Beaumont races. Granted ; to keep open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. only. Taylor and Gooday r. Draper. — Mr. Henderson for plaintiffs ; Mr. M'Coy for the defendant. Judgment ■was given for the defeurlaafc, -with 21s. professional costs. Arthur v. Gralmm. — Claim of dS3 17s. Bd. Mr. G-ooday for plaintiff. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for the amount claimed, with costs of Court, 10s. j and professional costs, 21s. Cox v. Greve. — Claim of £1 4s. 6d. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for the amount claimed, with costs of Court, 10s. /. Joyce v. Smith.- -Claim of £3 ; wagso as butcher boy. Mr. M'Coy for plaintiffJudgment for the amount claimed, with costs of Court, 9a ; and professional costs, 21s. J?. Joyce v. Smith. — Claim of £2 ; similar to the last case. Judgment for tho amount claimed, with costs of Court, 9s.
