Taylor and Gooday r. Draper. — Mr. Henderson for plaintiffs ; Mr. M'Coy for the defendant. Judgment ■was given for the defeurlaafc, -with 21s. professional costs. Arthur v. Gralmm. — Claim of dS3 17s. Bd. Mr. G-ooday for plaintiff. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for the amount claimed, with costs of Court, 10s. j and professional costs, 21s. Cox v.
