The application of Richanl Lancaster for a slaughtering license at the Beaumont was granted ; also, that of Chu Quiforthe Chinese Camp was granted. Mr. M'Coy appeared^or the latter applicant- * - Archibald M'DouaM. applied for a 'temporary license for a booth at the Beaumont races. Granted ; to keep open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. only. Taylor and Gooday r. Draper. — Mr. Henderson for plaintiffs ; Mr. M'Coy for the defendant. Judgment ■was given for the defeurlaafc, -with 21s. professional costs. Arthur v.
