Murdoch M'Donald's application for a dam was granted. Alexander Carlaw applied for dam in Osborne's Gully application granted. F. Woodhouse's application for extended claim on the east bank of the Molyneux was granted. J. M'Kenzio's application for tail race was granted. Glasß and Glover's application for extended claim was objected to by A Reid and A M'Eeod. Application withdrawn.
