*NOs I C E . rpHE following are the days appointed For holding the Resident Magistrate's and Warden's Courts at Roxburgh for the halfyear ending the 31st December, 1874 : — Tuesday, June 30th ; July 28th, August 25th, September 22nd, October 20th, November 17th, December 12th. The Warden's Office, Roxburgh, having been appointed a Land Office for the District of Clyde, on the days above mentioned, and immediately after the sitting of the Court, the Distrif t Land Officer will receive applications under the Waste Lands Act for land, &c, withm the laud District of Clyde.
