Hugh Jones, alias Lewis Jones, was fined 40s. or 3 days' imprisonment for being drank and disorderly outside the Bank of New Zealand, at 3 p.m., on the 11th infant, being a second offence. Thttbsdat, 13th August. (Before A. Stewart, Esq., J.P.) William Cook, alias Holt, was fined 10s. or 48 hours' imprisonment for being drunk. and disorderly in a public place.-
