Application for an Agricultural Lease.
I HEREBY give notice that I hare applied to the Warden for a lease of surveyed land for agricultural purposes, situate at; and being sections 9 and 10, block 1., Waitahnna West, comprising 20 acres or thereabout; and that the said application will be heard at the Warden's Offi- c, Lawrence, on July 29. Persons objecting to tho grouting af such loaee must lodge the same wifck the Warden before 24 Hours of the day of heaving. DUNCAN CAMPBELL, By his Agent, G. B. King. TMPOUNDED on the 13th. day of. July, ( -L 1874, by John Fitzgerald, »ne bay YiHy, \ small star, branded like E on off shoulder ; j one bay Cob, white face, no visible" brand, has been foundered ; owners unknown ; for trespassing on his paddocks, for which 4s. each is claimed ; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be Bold at the Public Pound at Lawrence, on the Slut day of July, 1874, at 12 o'clock noon.
