Sib,-— I observed a letter from Mr. M'Leo, in your issue 01 the 23rd inst., in which Ii denies the accuracy of tho r eport publish* by you of fhe meeting held at Roxburgh 0 May 4th ( oncerning the Millers Flat Block in certain particulars. I certainly cannot hoi myself "responsible for Mr. M'Leod's givin utterance to expressions for which he is ap parently sorry afterwards. I distinctly asser that all the words published, by you ai correct, and (although Mr. M'LeoA may b sorry for What he did say) there are a numbe of people who were present at the time tha perfectly remember Mr. M'Leoi's makinj use of them. — I am, &c, Yoira Repoetek.
