(From our own Correspondent.) TivsrsDis, March 31. The Lutterworth, which left on Thursday for Newcastle, arrived at the Heads again this morning. She encountered heavy weather, and has put back for moi - e ballast. The Schooner Marion Rennic has arrived at Auckland from Levuka, and brings intelligence that the steamer Macgregor had been floated. H.M.S. Pearl tried for several days to get her off, but all the warps broke, and she was compelled to desist, and left for Levuka. 200 tons of sugar and a large quantity of coal was thrown overboard, and thesteamer floated off on the 7th inst by herself. She was taken to safe anchorage in Galoa Bay, where she will be temporarily repaired and then taken to Sydney and docked.
