(From our own Correspondent.) TivsrsDis, March 31. The Lutterworth, which left on Thursday for Newcastle, arrived at the Heads again this morning. She encountered heavy weather, and has put back for moi - e ballast. The Schooner Marion Rennic has arrived at Auckland from Levuka, and brings intelligence that the steamer Macgregor had been floated. H.M.S. Pearl tried for several days to get her off, but all the warps broke, and she was compelled to desist, and left for Levuka. 200 tons of sugar and a large quantity of coal was thrown overboard, and thesteamer floated off on the 7th inst by herself. She was taken to safe anchorage in Galoa Bay, where she will be temporarily repaired and then taken to Sydney and docked. She had a hole twelve feet by three feet in one of her forward compartments, which is full of water. The proposed annexation of Fiji has been negatived by the King and the leading chiefs assembled at Bau. April 1, 9.20 a.m. Three patients died at Quarantine Island yesterday — two girls, aged respectively 16 and 20 years, and an infant 10 months-. Bronchitis was the cause of death.
