Alexander Robertson, John Titchener, James Cxvanagh, Henry Telford,»and John Airy, were each charged by Constable Hiscocks with a breach of the Town and Country Police Ordinance in allowing horses, their property, to wander, and in each case a fine of 10s, with costs of Court, ss. 6d., or 24 hours imprisonment, was inflicted.
