HURRY SCURRY HACK RACE, of 5 soys. ; mile heats. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31bs. All disputes, claima, and objections arising out of tho racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the. programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race iv this programme (post entry races excepted) unless tho latter be j qualified as the bona fide property of a sub- I scriber to the race fund of not les3 than two j guineas. Entries to be roreired by the Secretary, at the Crown Hotel, Switzers, not later than 8 p.m. on the 4th March. Entrance money, enclosed with name v age, and pedigree (if any) of tbe horse, and name of the owner and color of tho rider. * Any Jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. Horses walking over will reoeive 50 per cent, of tho stakes. The Dnnedin Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced.
