Mile heats ; entrance, 155.; no weight under 10 stone ; for all horses that have never won public money, the bona fide property ef residents within 9 miles of the Beaumont for one month prior to the races. Post entry. PUBLICANS' J^ANDICAP, of 15 soys. Entrance, £T; distance, l£ mile. Weights to bo declared on the course, after the Beaumont Handioap has been run. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of 10 soys. •Entrance, 155.; for all beaten horses ; distance, 1£ mile. ATHLETIC SPORTS, Consisting of Jumping, Running, &c. REGTOXATIOire. 1. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the race fund. 2. The decision of the Stewards in all matters connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 3. General entries to be sent in to the Secretary, at Cowap's Beaumont Ferry Hotel, , before 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 31st December, \ 1873. 4. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined one guinea. 5. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. 6. Three horses to start or no race. , - 7. Any person lodging a protest will have te deposit the sum of one guinea ; and should fech protest be not sustained, the same will ! be forfeited. 8.
