All horses to be the property of bona fide owners for three months pievious to the race. All horses within a radius of 25 miles are conbidered district horses. REGULATIONS. 1. No person shall be allowed to run or enter a horse at these races unless he bo qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the race fund. 2. No entries will be received for any of the above raoes except upon this condition, viz., that all disputes, claims, and objections shall be decided by the Stewards ; and t^cir decision on all points connected with the tarrying out of this programme shall be final. 3. General entries to be sent in to the Secretary at Mr. T. Cornish's Roxburgh Ferry Hotel before 8 p.m. on Saturday, 27th December, 1873. 4. Jockey costume will be strietty enforced. Any jockey riding in false colors will be disquali^d. 5. Fire per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount for expenses. 6. In all races three horses to start, or no I race. 7. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforce- 1. 8. Any person entering a horse beyond the specified distance, in any race, will not be entitled to prize money. 4. Any protest to be lodged with the Committee within ten minutes after competition. 0. Any person lodging a protest with the Committee must deposit the sumof £1 before the case will be heard by the CommitHfe. If the decision is given against the protest, the deposit to be forfeited. 7.
