HURRY SCURRY RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Mares and geldings allowed 31bs. 2. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not less than two guineas to the raeo fund. 3. The decision of the Stewards in all matters connected with the carrying out of thia programme eliall be fiual. 4. General entries to be sent te the Secretary on the 21st Januaiy, 1874. before 8 p.m. 5. Weights for the Hurdle Race, District and Flying Handicaps to be declared .on the night of the first day's racing. 6. Any jockey ridmg except in the colors entered will be fined two guineas. 7. Five per cent, will bo deducted from tho grosß amount of stakes for expenses. 8. Three horsea to start or no race. 9. Any person lodging a protest will have to deposit the sum of one guinea ; and should such protest be not sustained, the same will be forfeited, 10.
