POLICE JUSTICE.
(7'o the Editor.) Sib, — The local constables were very busy lately, engaged in impounding the horses of the ratepayers. This would be fair play if the constables themselves did not violate the law. Their own hor»es are a perfect nuisance to honest men, who cannot, like bobbies, always attend to straying colts and fdlics. I hope that the Inspector will see after the constables who summon men for faults committed by themselves. — I am, &c, A^GRY EE3IDENT.
